Tim Noel was born on July 20, 1977 in Paragould, Arkansas. Tim was raised in a strong Christian family and at the age of 8, his father led him to faith in Christ. Tim accepted God’s call on his life and surrendered to the ministry in August, 2002 at his home church, East Side Baptist Church of Paragould. He supply preached at churches in his local association then began serving as a student minister in 2003. Tim began his ministry at Trinity in August 2007 as Associate Pastor and Student Pastor. In November 2010, Trinity called Tim as their Pastor. Before his call to the ministry, Tim worked for Johnson’s Plumbing as a certified journeyman plumber and served as a deacon and director of Upward Basketball at his home church. Tim obtained his Graduate of Theology from Wilmington School of the Bible, his Bachelor of Science in Religion and his Masters of Divinity from Liberty University. Tim’s personal prayer is 2 Timothy 2:21; that he would be a vessel of honor, pleasing and useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.
Tim married his wife, Heather, in 1999. They have three children; Eli, Abbigail and Evan. Tim is a fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals and enjoys playing golf.
With a passion for all things musical, Randy joined Trinity’s staff in September of 2002, after having served as the interim Worship leader the prior year and being a member at Trinity since 1994. He and his wife Tammy have been married since 1986 and have 3 beautiful girls, Katy, Kelly, and Kristen. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Before entering into full time vocational ministry, Randy worked in management positions for Wal-Mart and Hastings. He is a member of the Arkansas MasterSingers and serves as a CD reviewer for Worship Leader magazine.
Corbry Swain serves as our student minister. Corbry and his wife, Autumn have been long time members of Trinity, actively serving in our student ministry. After a long season of prayer and seeking counsel, God has led Corbry to step into this role at Trinity. Corbry is also a fire fighter and both are actively involved in our community. 
As a member of Trinity and a heart for children to know Christ, Erin Ripka joined our staff as Director of Children’s Ministry in 2016. She oversees both the Preschool and Children’s departments of Trinity, leads VBS, organizes the TrinityKids weekly schedule and special events. Erin and her husband, Andrew, have two children.  
Donna Johnson has faithfully served as the Administrative Assistant for 30 years.
