“Above all, put on love, the perfect bond of unity. And let the peace of the Messiah, to which you were also called in one body, control your hearts. Be thankful. Let the messaged of the Messiah dwell richly among you, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom and singing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.” Colossians 3:14-16

Our desire is to cultivate Christ-Centered Relationships. Our love for God is what unites and binds us together. God has given us one another to walk through this life together. To bear one another’s burdens. To carry one another to the Cross. To intercede for one another. To encourage one another. At Trinity, we connect Christ Centered Relationships through Small Groups.

CONNECT TO A SMALL GROUP

Our small groups are faith families within the larger church family where we able to build those Christ centered friendships though the discussion and study of God’s Word, through fellowship together and prayer for one another. We also use our small groups to support family discipleship by having all ages on the same curriculum to provide opportunity for family discussion. If you have further questions about our small groups, please contact our Minister of Assimilation, Randy Cross.

ADULT SMALL GROUPS
Adult Small Groups use a variety of  curriculum to enhance participants’ walk with Christ.  Daily individual Bible Study and prayer are deeply encouraged to be fully equipped for opportunities in sharing the Gospel and in providing perspective during small group times together.

Current Small Groups are:

TwentySomething – led by Randy Cross.  The name is exactly as it implies.  A group of usually single TwentySomethings discovering the foundations of what we believe and why we believe it.

Nearly & Newly Married led by  Doug and Renee Gentry – This group consists of 20s and 30s engaged or married couples discovering how their marital relationship can be enhanced by understanding their relationship with Christ as a couple.

Adult 1 led Ryan and Georgia Roop  – More seasoned than Newly and Nearly Marrieds, this group goes to the heart of extended relationships and how those relationships reflect the image of Jesus to the next generation.

Adult 2 led by Jeremy Russell – this group is a combination of 30s-50s single and married couples discovering their roles in taking the Gospel to every tribe and tongue.

Adult 3 led by Sam Wilson and John Frederick – This group is the most demographically diverse in that it features 30 year old singles alongside 60 year old married couples.  The dynamic makes for lively conversations regarding application of Biblical principles to every day life, regardless of age or marital status.

Adult 4 led by Gary Miner – Engaged in guiding and mentoring the next generation, this small group consists of mostly retired couples who wish to engage the Bible in their lives as well as the lives of their children and grandchildren.

Sisters In Grace led by Sue Bailey  – this all women’s class features topic and curricula that focuses on life application and intense Bible Study.

Friendship (60s-80s) led by  Dr. John Holston – Trinity’s most seasoned small group who ingratiate themselves in a study of the Bible.  They discover new principles an aspects of God’s Word as they take a deep dive into a portion of the Bible each quarter.
